There is a heart health education session every month on a Tuesday Afternoon for referred patients at The Crayside Leisure Centre, Stadium Way, Crayford, Kent. These sessions are interactive and usually include talks from a consultant Pharmacist, a Senior Dietician, Specialist Cardiac Fitness instructors, a Counsellor/Psychologist and a Cardiac Nurse Consultant.
