Heart Health Sessions – Crayside Leisure Centre – Every month

There is a health session every month on a referred patients at The Crayside Centre, Stadium Way, Crayford, Kent. These sessions are interactive and usually include talks from a Pharmacist, a Senior Dietician, Cardiac Fitness instructors, a Counsellor/Psychologist and a Cardiac Consultant.
